Four Seasons Kuda Huraa

The Four Seasons Kuda Huraa Resort continues to redefine luxury and convenience through technology, with our ongoing project involving the installation of Lutron’s advanced Guest Room Management System (GRMS). This system allows guests to easily control in-room amenities such as lighting, climate, and shades, ensuring a comfortable and customizable stay.

Last year, we completed the installation of LG Hospitality TVs, which have since become a vital part of the resort’s in-room entertainment. With stunning picture quality and an intuitive user interface, these TVs enhance the guest experience by providing a wide range of entertainment options.

Upon completion of the Lutron GRMS installation, Four Seasons Kuda Huraa will offer its guests a truly intelligent room experience, further solidifying its reputation for luxurious hospitality.

The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands

At Ritz-Carlton Resort, creating an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation is paramount, and the installation of a Harman BGM system plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal.

This sophisticated audio solution delivers pristine, immersive sound throughout the resort’s common areas, from the lobby to the poolside, elevating the guest experience through perfectly tuned ambient music. The system is designed to complement the resort’s luxurious ambiance, providing soundscapes that adapt to different spaces and times of day.

By integrating Harman’s world-class audio, Ritz-Carlton Resort ensures that every guest is greeted with an exceptional auditory experience, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility and opulence.

Faafu Atoll - Telemedicine Project

In a bid to expand healthcare access and improve patient care, Faafu Atoll Hospitals embarked on a telemedicine project that leverages modern technology for remote consultations and diagnostics. Utilizing advanced telemedicine equipment by AMD, this project connects patients in remote areas with specialist doctors, reducing the need for travel and ensuring timely medical attention.

As part of the initiative, LG televisions were installed in consultation rooms to facilitate seamless communication between patients and doctors. Furthermore, the hospital’s infrastructure was enhanced with medical furniture provided by Steelcase, offering ergonomic and functional solutions for healthcare providers. Video conferencing systems supplied by Biamp were also integrated, enabling real-time consultations and team collaborations across distances.

This project marks a significant advancement in healthcare accessibility for Faafu Atoll, improving patient outcomes and setting a new standard for remote medical services in the region.

Anantara Kihavah Maldives

Surrounded by nothing but turquoise lagoon which melts into sapphire blue, the island of Kihavah and its pure white sands rise up out of the ocean like a mirage.

In 2024, Anantara Kihavah Resort sought to enhance its guest experience with the installation of a high-end Harman Background Music (BGM) system.Carefully engineered and installed, this system delivers rich, ambient sound that perfectly complements the resort’s serene and scenic environment. From tranquil melodies during the morning hours to uplifting tunes in the evening, the Harman BGM system provides an audio experience that matches the resort’s world-class setting.This upgrade not only enriches the auditory environment but also enhances the overall guest experience, making Anantara Kihavah a sanctuary where technology meets tranquility.

The properties previous network architecture was first deployed in 2011, and with the advent of mobile devices, IOT and new technologies, this legacy infrastructure was no longer able to keep up with both customer and corporate expectations. To address challenges in connectivity performance and coverage as well as expand their channel capacity to meet current and future usage demands, Anantara Kihavah partnered with Spectra X Stream to develop their latest, future ready network architecture. Rather than traditional structured cabling, we deployed a Passive Optical LAN built with GPON technology that would provide data, voice, video and wireless access services over a single strand of fibre, right to each user’s location.

Since the new network infrastructure was implemented, guest complaints about Wi-Fi performance & Bandwidth are nearly non-existent. This is a testament of the Spectra X Stream dedication to delivering superior end-user experience & connectivity experience.

Hilton Maldives Amingiri

This project encompassed cutting-edge technology infrastructure, including property-wide wired and wireless networks in partnership with Ruckus and Cisco, as well as fully integrated surveillance, emergency, and telephonic systems. A collaboration between our sister company, Spectra X Stream, and the iconic Hilton Amingiri Resort.

 

Beyond connectivity, we also integrated Keiretsu’s solutions, including public area lighting, AV systems with Harman background music, and LG display solutions in guest villas, elevating the guest experience to new heights.

Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa

Set on a crescent-shaped private island, this incredible resort offers a choice of private villas or private villas with pools for its guests to unwind and enjoy a home away from home. Beachside or over the water villas and the associated privacy levels offered are the hallmark of this award winning destination, which boasts some of the largest beachfront villas in the Maldives.

To differentiate itself among category rivals and keep up with customer demand for the latest technology in hotel rooms, this traditional hotel is transforming itself with a complete renovation. Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa chose to use Lutron’s myRoom plus solution, which is specifically designed for hotel rooms. myRoom plus is able to control lights, blinds and temperature, and connectivity with the hotel management systems. Each Villa at hotel will be equipped with Lutron’s Palladiom ergonomic wallmounted keypads, thermostats, and matching accessories in a luxurious and homogeneous black polymer finish.

Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort

Located in the crystal clear waters of the South Malé Atoll, Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort boasts a stunning wide white sand beach, calm lagoon and excellent facilities in a tranquil setting.The hotel planned a major network upgrade across the property and the upgrade is underpinned by Ruckus & HEP solutions by Spectra X Stream, with indoor and outdoor access points, switches and Virtual Mobility Controllers. In addition, it has now received a “modernization injection” for its infrastructure technology in the form of HPE SimpliVity hyperconverged infrastructure.

World Health Organization - Ministry of Health

Ministry of Health, along with Keiretsu and Avaya, has transformed the ministry’s communications and collaboration capabilities, with a strategic ICT implementation to connect all ministries remote health centers. With zero interruption to services, Keiretsu on-the-ground professionals and the ministry’s IT team deployed the latest Avaya solutions, linking 20 regional health centers and its stakeholders around the world to collaborate in real time using videoconferencing. The project also comes within its efforts to promote digital adoption and to meet the objectives outlined Ministry of Health.

Patina Maldives, Fari Islands

Patina Maldives is part of the Fari Islands with two neighbouring islands that share distinctly different energies to form a destination of deep cultural character. Here, socially and environmentally conscious travellers connect through a depth of beauty, creativity and discovery. The evolving spirit of human nature is given stimulus to sustain its momentum in the form of newness, stillness or vital togetherness.

The hotel chose Lutron’s myRoom plus solution. Lighting scenes can be manually selected using the keypads and can also be activated automatically when guests enter a room. There’s even a special setting for the very first time new guests enter their rooms – the Grand Welcome scene introduces guests to the full comfort and ambiance of the room with a carefully chosen lights and blinds. And when the room is vacant, the lights turn off and the temperature is set to an energy-saving mode. Advised by their IT consultants, the client acknowledged Lutron was the most futureproof solution, with integration based on software rather than hardware. Lutron solutions were also used to control lighting in all the public spaces of the new building including the ballroom and convention Centre as well as in the kitchen facilities.

The Chedi Kuda Villingili, Maldives

The Chedi wanted a lighting solution as dynamic as its property – a system that would integrate with the resort’s property management system (PMS), be capable of monitoring devices, data and trends, harmonize with the décor, and still be user-friendly for guests and staff.

Lutron’s myRoom plus hospitality solution was the answer. Lutron myRoom plus is a family of guestroom systems for light, temperature and shade control with a powerful and user-friendly web-based front-end dashboard that allows you to adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot lights, HVAC, and motorized window treatments in guestrooms from a tablet or desktop-based browser.

New Supreme Court of Mauritius

Keiretsu, was assigned the immense task implementing an end-to-end Pro AV solution & seamless automation that would cater to their high-end needs. Best in-class projection systems, pro displays, high-end microphone setups and speakers for the 20 court rooms, an IPTV network that would stream both their internal broadcasts as well as external content to over 118 high-definition displays throughout the building, a public announce system that encompasses the entire building and automated scheduled recording of all sessions, captured in high definition via balanced audio and streamed lossless throughout the network. All these were just the tip of the iceberg. The challenge was integrating all of this so that the small team of technicians there could operate all the thousands of individual parts from a central location. Keiretsu, with their experience, was able to integrate everything together at a level never-before-seen.

Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru

Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru is a natural 44 acre wilderness in the secluded Baa Atoll, the Indian Ocean’s only UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve and a scenic seaplane ride from Malé. Snorkel with turtles, dolphins, and lemon sharks in
the two kilometre lagoon. The client, Four Seasons wanted an intuitive and dependable lighting & shading control solution for the 40 water villas in the hotel.

Four Seasons LG chosen solution was Lutron’s myRoom plus – a beautiful, energy-efficient and affordable control option designed to delight guests and differentiate hotels. The myRoom plus system was combined with Lutron’s Palladiom Keypads. Custom engravings allowed the client to achieve an even higher spec finish, using their own corporate typeface and customised backlit icons to avoid any language issues with international guests. Sensor control was included to allow lights to come on in different areas in response to presence.

JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa

JW Marriott Maldives hotel features a host of visionary concepts and integrated solutions powered by Keiretsu- with a single point of control, it’s easy for staff to create the appropriate atmosphere to ensure guests feel at home no matter where they are within the hotel. Quantum® software centralizes the control of all lighting, enabling the user to manage both electric light and daylight within the public spaces of the hotel. This not only saves energy and simplifies operations, but also improves the comfort of guests and the productivity of hotel staff.

The hotel is also equipped with state of-the-art IPTV solution over fibre-optic networks allowing guests in the 61 rooms & suites and public areas to access the internet securely. The backend is fully integrated with the resort’s PMS, allows centralized device management, monitoring and content delivery, so the staff can easily update information, and control what is displayed in each TV set.

The hotel understands security is paramount and now has a reliable, high-quality, advanced surveillance system that can be accessed and monitored 24×7, both on and off-site. It provides the hotel with the control it needs and gives it the added flexibility to easily grow the system to meet future security requirements.

Maafaru International Airport

The new regional airport, Maafaru Airport in Noonu Atoll consist of a 2200-meter runway, taxiways. Airport is developed to the minimum standard and requirement of Airbus A320 – 200 and complete Certification process in accordance with Maldives Civil Aviation Regulation MCARs 13 and security requirements as per MCARs 19 and National Aviation Security Programme conducted by Maldives Aviation Security Command (AVSEC) including domestic operation to cater for existing turboprop aircraft used by local airlines and business jets.

Spectra X Stream was contracted to systems implementation, including engineering design, programming, maintenance and installation of structured cabling, enterprise networks, integrated security surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, firefighting & life safety-, and flight information display system. The result is centralized and comprehensive building management – operated, controlled and monitored by an operator knowing what’s happening in and around the entire property and taking necessary corrective actions.

One Avenue, the latest development by DAMAS Real Estate is situated in one of the finest neighborhoods in Hulhumale’. Like a pearl in an oyster, One Avenue stands apart from others – as an embodiment of sophistication infused with practicality. With sublime modernity found in its outer structure, to its impeccable services and emphasis to details. The 95 apartments are constructed as two towers consisting of 13 one-room apartments, 26 two-room apartments, 52 three-room apartments and 4 penthouses. Spectra X Stream provided an integrated facility and safety management solution to protect the building’s people and property with a scalable and flexible architecture that adapts to the needs of the building’s tenants, enabling easy and long[1]term control over the systems that are integral to the building including structured cabling, networks, access control, video surveillance, intercoms, boom gate vehicle access, fire alarms, emergency lighting and public evacuation. This solid foundation allows individual tenants to focus on their core business, knowing that their connectivity, safety and security is well looked after.

People's Majilis - Chamber Hall

The People’s Majlis is the unicameral legislative body of the Maldives composed of 87 members as of 2019. During 2018, The People’s Majlis commenced the upgrade of the main chamber hall entering into an agreement with Keiretsu to design, supply, install, commission and support a state-of-the-art Audiovisual system. The 93 conference stations were equipped with the CMic ID, a delegate station with language selector and voting function- featuring an iPad assigned to each delegate seat to display the conference information and effectively participate in the conference. This is connected to the CMic ID via WIFI. Since all Classic microphone units, including the CMic ID, can be subsequently connected to a standard device, this system is particularly sustainable. The system is controlled via a central brählerOS server. All conference functions, such as microphone management and voting, are controlled via the brählerOS Conference Operator.

Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi

In exceptional destinations around the globe, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts reflect the culture and history of their extraordinary locations, as well as fresh, modern expressions of Waldorf Astoria’s rich legacy. Waldorf Astoria provides guests the exceptional environment and the personalized attention of true Waldorf service that creates a singular experience. Keiretsu was chosen as the technology contractor for the Waldorf Astoria Maldives. The property is believed to set the new standard of luxury properties in the Maldives in terms of design, beauty, and technology. The island property’s full network, AV, background music, Guest Room Management Systems to control all lights, shades, AV in the guest villas and the user interfaces (iPad App) used by guests to interact with all in room technologies were designed and implemented by Keiretsu and it’s group of companies.

Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives

Park Hotel Group’s first luxury resort and exclusive address in beautiful Maldives. Designed by award-winning hospitality firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates, this one-island-one-resort destination invites guest into an oasis of tranquillity with its collection of 120 idyllic beach-front pool villas, breathtaking overwater villas and spacious two-bedroom villas. Grand Park Kodhipparu Island Resort has chosen to install a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) solution to enable delivery of the resort’s state of the art triple play network. The GPON solution includes AFL connectivity, including pre terminated fibre optic cable, splice enclosures and optical splitters Optical Line Terminals and Optical Network Units. The network has been fully integrated with an VoIP system, Access points and TriplePlay Services guest entertainment solution. Our partnership with technology giants, combined with our rich history as a fibre optic solutions provider has been a real enabler for customers.

Parliament Maldives New Extension Building

The People’s Majlis, one of the three branches of the Maldivian government, was never shy to show the prestige and flair one would associate with an entity of their calibre. When it came to their new extension building, they wanted the Top-notch technologies. Keiretsu, was assigned the immense task of designing and implementing an end[1]to-end AV solution that would cater to their high-end needs. Best in-class projection systems and high-end congress microphone setups for the 16 meeting rooms. An IPTV network that would stream both their internal broadcasts as well as external content to over 70 high-definition displays throughout the office. A public announce system that encompasses the entire building but would be controlled from the parliament hall which was in a different building altogether. Automated scheduled recording of all sessions, captured in high-definition via balanced audio and streamed lossless throughout the network. All these were just the tip of the iceberg. The challenge was integrating all of this so that the small team of technicians there could operate all the thousands of individual parts from a central location. Keiretsu, with their experience and partnership with Crestron integration and automation, was able to integrate everything together at a level never[1]before-seen in the region.

Amin Avenue

Amin avenue is a luxurious free hold residential development, comprising 279 apartments in three separate towers, situated at the heart of Hulhumale City. Tucked admist lush green surroundings, it is where the pleasure of modern contemporary designs come out to bring you exclusivity and serenity. Current and future requirements were considered while designing and building the intelligent system at Amin Avenue. This mammoth project was delivered with custom solutions within a short span of 3 months. The building automation system is designed with a distributive database technology DSA for better, and more streamline operations enabling easy and long term control over the systems that are integral to the building including structured cabling, networks, access control, video surveillance,intercoms, boom gate vehicle access, fire alarms, emergency lighting and public evacuation.

St. Regis Maldives Resort

Situated in the northern end of the Dhaalu Atoll, the St Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is a small island towards the centre of the archipelago, sheltering the resort from swells running up the Indian Ocean. St Regis Vommuli has always been intended to offer a real departure from the traditional Maldivian getaway, this island moves away from the classic Maldivian thatch, taking design cues from the nature surrounding it. Keiretsu`s guest room management platform and enterprise management system let guest take control of their rooms in a radical way. They can control room temperature, lighting, drapes and audio-visual devices using intuitive apps, customized switches or any peronsal device. The combination of these comprehensive systems also enables central management of guest services and building systems while opening up new channels for revenue and stream line operations.

Ministry of Education

The Maldives is truly among the most beautiful places, yet it is also one of the most geographically dispersed countries in the world. This dispersion comes at a price. Offices, business units and work forces are scattered across islands divided by unforgiving seas & the primary mode of work related communication is based on letters & phone calls. ISP’s & telecom providers provide optimal connectivity across these thousands of islands; however, this does not suffice for crucial purposes such as group meetings, discussions, document sharing and live collaboration. To take efficiency, collaboration and cost-savings to the next level, Keiretsu in association with Ministry of Education implements the biggest video conferencing network in Maldives- dedicated VC servers backend take full advantage of the connection bandwidth by establishing the closest and cleanest signal path. This along with revolutionary video/ audio compression is at the core of Lifesize that enables multiple parties to talk clearly, share documents, collaborate and teach in real-time at 720p HD resolution at bandwidths as low as 1Mbps.
